Positively sorted! founder, Alison was born sorted and always found herself responding with a smile to the requests of the less organized around her “Alison, will you sort out this mess for me?”.
Her sense of order and innate ability to see the clarity in a situation have stood her in good stead throughout her many situations including management, teaching, logistics, retail, travel planning, running a business and the toughest of all; motherhood.
An England native, she has traveled extensively and always found an organized backpack a huge boon! In Panama, she sorted herself out with a mate, Mark, and organized her way through a year of red tape to return home with him to Sausalito, California, where she got to work planning a wedding. It went very smoothly!
After sorting out her biological rhythms, she gave birth to a fabulous baby boy, Jasper George in 2003. The family left Sausalito and she is now organizing the renovation of a Victorian on the Emeryville/Oakland border with Mark. It’s going well!
Once the Animal Hospital she was running in Marin was as sorted as the staff could stand, she decided to carry on her lifelong tradition of helping people get out from under their messes. She is now happily doing just that and is continually relieving the stress in people’s lives. She enjoys it more and more every day.
